At Fleetwood Family Physicians we focus to provide longitudinal family practice. However we also accept walk-in patient's who may not be able to see their regular provider. Some of the services include:

• Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of medical complaints

• Early prenatal counseling

• Pediatric well child visits

• Chronic disease management

• Periodic health exams

• WCB and ICBC injuries

*Services not covered by MSP are paid directly by the patient prior to the service being provided:

• Doctor's notes

• Extended Doctor's note/formss

• Disability Tax Credit certificate

• Driver's form

• Private Office Visit
